Started running in 2017. Starting off I decided I could run a marathon “and would be easy” after a few runs. safe to say it broke me with very little training but I was hooked. Didn’t take it to serious for the first few years was guided by a great man Stouty then last year I took it a step further with Wendy Whearity coaching and my running has completely changed.

What are your personal key running achievements to date?

Sub2hr 20 mile.
