No

What are you looking forward to at the Spartathlon race?

Meeting other Ultra runners, learning, the atmosphere and running through the mountains of Greece.

What are you not looking forward to during the Spartathlon race?

Hoping the language barrier is too difficult as I don’t speak a word of Greek.

How will you prepare specifically for the Spartathlon race?

I have two weeks in Thailand to endure some running in the heat.

Will you be bringing any support crew to the race? (If so, please introduce them briefly).

My support crew is my wife Leanne, who has supported me on all my ultras and knows me well. Also my best friend and van bitch from the spine race Liam Kiely.
