We are thrilled to be just a few weeks away from announcing our 2024 team – one which is a good blend of experienced and new runners.

We are excited to see our highest number of brilliant females in this years squad and are committed to looking at ways to increase the inclusion, participation and representation from all groups in the coming years.

BRITISH SPARTATHLON TEAM STATUS UPDATE:

As many of you will know one of the main purposes of this group is to seek sponsorship so that we can arrange for a glorious team kit. Over the years we have built a strong team bond which has helped many crewed and uncrewed athletes achieve their Spartathlon dreams.

We have also inspired other countries with our team approach – our website is full of useful information that is accessible to every runner from around the world.

The management team will continue to pursue ways in which we can support runners from all backgrounds in Spartathlon and we are excited about some of the new partnerships being explored to make this happen.
